To ensure a smooth and transparent experience, we’ve outlined a few key points regarding your purchase. For our watches we offer a 7-day money back guarantee as detailed below.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your watch arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. Do not remove stickers.

For items that have arrived faulty, we will first attempt a repair. If unrepairable, we will offer a replacement or refund within 30 days. However, please be aware that if the protective stickers have been removed from the watch, a £100 deduction will be applied to any refund. Once the stickers are removed, the item is no longer classified as ‘new’ and therefore incurs a cost due to the diminished resalable condition.

Please note – we will not cover damage caused by the buyer, including a pulled-out crown, water damage or scratches; it is not our responsibility, though we will always try to assist with a solution.

Please note

It’s crucial to remember that you are purchasing a replica watch after reviewing provided pictures and videos. Therefore, we cannot accept returns based on the watch not functioning or appearing exactly like a genuine model, including aspects like strap adjustments, bezel slack, component alignment, or rotor noise. These characteristics are inherent in replica watches, which are offered at a significantly lower price point than their authentic counterparts.

Once an item has been viewed in pictures/videos, returns based on subjective preferences (“not liking how it looks”) or minor functional differences compared to genuine models will not be accepted.

We will try to accommodate requests for extra links for very large or small wrists, however, we are not obligated to provide them, similar to a physical retail environment.

While manufacturers may claim water resistance, we strongly advise having your timepiece pressure tested at Timpson’s for £5 for added peace of mind.

Responsibility

For delivery, once an item is marked as delivered to the correct address, it becomes your responsibility to locate it. We will assist with Royal Mail inquiries but cannot issue refunds for confirmed deliveries. In the rare event of non-delivery within 60 days (Royal Mail’s timeframe), we will investigate and offer a full refund if deemed lost.
